I did a new contract with Vodacom for an Apple i phone Mid Nov. After receipt of the phone the Sim got stuck and the phone was away for 2 weeks to rectify the issue. I received the phone on 29/11 and then proceeded to activate my simcard on my ported number. I contacted the 0821945 number since last Friday to activate my ported number and have spoken to Thoko, Zama, Tebogo, and Mampai so far with no joy at all as the simcard is still not active. i have heard many different stories so far on the problem but so sollution! It is clear that customer satisfaction does not rank high with Vodacom and nobody takes responsibility to get problems resolved. My option is now to cancel my contract with Vodacom as they are not fulfilling there obligations to deliver a network service to me
