Disgusted by service and attitude given by staff

I am so tired of doing this, but it seems that they only respond to your call or answer you in this manor. I bought airtime on 02 Sep2013 round 16h30pm and 24 hours later no airtime reflected in my acc. I spoke to Rushaan Dada who told me to send my statement, but nothing was done. A day later called again and spoke to four (4) different agents. I was told that I would get a call back from Amanda Mbusela in an hour, but after 1 and half hours no call. So I had to start calling her. I finally got hold of her and explained the situation. I have two 8ta contracts with you guys. I buy R150.00 airtime every week. But this is the thanks I get. I told her that I sent my details, I even took the liberty of sending screen shots so that she can see into which acc I made payment and the ref I used. I am sick of this disgusting service by the staff and 8ta. I am left without data and I require that to do my work. I asked her what happens now, she said it will take 72hours and it's out of her hands. I depend on the data to do my daily job functions, but they don't care. I am left without airtime, which I paid you guys for and left with a sour taste in my mouth due to your poor service.
