MTN has changed T&C's without WRITTEN NOTIFICATION

I have a contract with MTN this contract was taken out on the 26th of June 2011. My terms and conditions for the contract state as follows :

4. DURATION

4.1 Not prudent to this argument

4.3 UPON EXPIRY OF THE INITIAL PERIOD AND IN THE EVENT THAT THE SUBSCRIBER HAS NOT PROVIDED MTN WITH WRITTEN NOTICE OF ITS INTENTION TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT, MTN SHALL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE INTERNET SERVICES TO THE SUBSCRIBER INDEFINITELY AND ON THE SAME TERMS & CONDITIONS AS CONTAINED HEREIN UNLESS OTHERWISE COMMUNICATED BY MTN IN WRITING.

We were never advised that MTN had amended their terms & conditions in July 2013! NOT EVEN YOUR WEB PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH THE NEW AMENDMENTS.

AMENDED IN 2013 MTN and our contract was taken in 2011 with the ABOVE Terms & Conditions.

I am asking all the people who have be over by MTN to call me, sms me or email me I want to take this to court if they do not mend all people affected.
