We have a shutdown in the major factory in the city, but during this time there is always bad signal, but now its like there is no signal to even whatsapp or even sms. It must be mentioned that even with no shutdown taking place, the service and reception are always bad, and all my friends with MTN complain about the same thing. It is unacceptable because we have a lot of professional people working for Sasol and I need to be in communication the whole time, and MTN doesn't give me that service, i'll be lucky if I have some 3G signal somewhere in Secunda.
