We just cannot get our Telkom bill send to us either via post or email. We get calls every month end asking why we have not paid and if we don't in the next few days our phone line will be suspended. I would love to pay, I really would but for the life of me I cannot get them to send my bill to me - I have been to our local customer "service" branch and have asked, pleaded then get told to phone this long number and sit for what seems for ages to do it telephonically BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!!! I email every month and ask them to please email it to me ..which they eventually do. Now this month we got the same call (as expected) and was told we cannot get it via email any more..what the flying faeries must I do to get my bill???!!!
