I'm having a hard time getting Telkom to send me my bill and then I have to pay interest as well. I've been a client for almost 4 months now. Every month it's the same story. I get a SMS telling me my account is in arrears and I have to pay. I phone Telkom telling them I didn't receive a bill. Then they apologize for not sending it to me and then they send it. I ask them every time to update their system so that I can receive my bill via email every month. Then the person says: It has been updated now". Next month, same thing. I just realize now that I must pay interest because of late payments. I'm still waiting for my bill that should have been paid the 31st January.
I can't remember all the names of the people I spoke on the phone, but people I sent mails to was: Teresa Chamberlain and Sitholee. I'm really getting frustrated. I just want my bill send to me, is that too much to ask? And I want credit for all the interest I paid and still need to pay because of Telkom's lack of service
