Telephone bill dispute

I have 2 payments that I made which were credited to another account. This resulted in my bill escalating than normal. Upon discovering this I reported to Telkom which seems to have huge discrepancies in their billing. For starters they sent me an sms saying I owe R300 rands after 2 days another came through saying I owe R2900. As for tge dispute, they asked me to send them the proof of payment via fax of which I did. The consultant responsible for my dispute Linda Smit received the fax but post onto the Telkom system that the fax were not clearl and it was bought to my attention after 3 weeks as my line was suspended. Upon this I asked a consultant in Telkom Direct (Helen [Email Removed] to scan the proof of payment copies to Linda Smit as she wasnt "satisfied" with the fax. HELEN scanned and emailed her [Email Removed] which upon speaking to ger says she never saw the email. During the past 2 days she asked me to send her the proof of payments via email and now she claims she can't view those attachments regardless I have sent her more than 3 times in 1 day. I hugely dissatisfied with such service as my adsl and line service have been suspended due to unclear circ
