I am the CEO of the SABC Pension Fund. We had a new exchange system installed by Telkom, our contact person was Buti Mofokeng. We paid a 30% deposit of the total amount of R24, 000, with the balance being payable on our phone bill. Our phone lines (all of them, including our internet line which means we xcannot receive vitally important emails) were summarily suspended, even though our May telephone bill reflects a credit balance of R949. Countless phone calls, requests for the actual bill, have been fruitless - we cannot pay the oputstanding amount as it has not been billed to us, and the bill has not been presented.
I require a copy of the statement showing what is due. It cannot be emailed to my business email as Telkom has cut the line! The only point of contact is my alternative email address - [Email Removed] We have been a subscriber of Telkom for the past 6 years with no problems in the past.
