I have been a Vodacom client for over 10 years, 6 phones on my contract and a good, paying client.
Today I saw that my bill for my new BB Q10 is charging me for data at R500.00 per day or R15, 000.00 pm??? For BBM, whatsapp and email? No videos, no facebook, twitter etc.
I seriously think that Vodacom have lost the plot. There is no way that I can use 3G per day (which is what they are claiming)
I am launching an ISP at work - high speed adsl and I will be taking this to ICASA for comment. Seriously who in South Africa is willing to pay R15, 000.00 per month for blackberry messenger when my average bill for the last 10 years is R1, 000 to 2, 000 p/m including all calls etc
