I have been contracted to vodacom for the last 6 years. I am used to paying a phone bill of between R500 and R1000. Since my upgrade in September I am been billed enormous amounts for data usage. I contacted the call centre numerous times to investigate. I spoke to a supervisor on the 11th who promised that a technician will investigate and contact me as no one could explain why I was been charged when I still had data remaining. My phone last month was R2500 and I am currently sitting on R3500 for the first time in 6 years. I am so unhappy I am considering replacing my vodacom contract sim will another service provider pay as you go one. In this day and age who can afford such a big phone bill especially when know one can answer why. I can not waste anymore te phoning the call centre.
