Can anybody explain how a cell phone provider can rip you off on data???
I normally pay R500 every month for 350 meg data however other cell phone providers offer you a gig at an affordable rate. I lived oversees for 3 years where you really get SO MUCH MORE with your cell phone provider it's only Vodacom that seems to smile all the way to the bank!
How can I run up a bill on data alone for R2 200 really??? I'm not even using my data that often as I have wifi at home. This is daylight and contacting your help line only frustrates me even further no one assists.
I need to know what I am paying for and all you offer me is my itemized bill but no one is willing to assist me.
I need assistance but as long as you taking my hard earned cash every month, no one is willing to help you when you querying!
Frustrated and looking elsewhere for cheaper competitors who don't rip you off!!!
