No bis since morning contacted call centre still

This morning i think i called 8ta 4 times informing them of that i do noy have bis but i have just loeaded bis on sunday 1/09/2013.The consultant promised to call me back as she will log this and get back to me with case number. I have not received the case number. And i still do not have bis since morning.

Joining 8ta was the worst decision i have ever made and am regretting. If its not this its that.
