Telkom unable to supply me with ADSL

We recently moved from Musgrave to Glenmore and I put in a line transfer request with Telkom which they approved online.

I recieved a text later saying that due to copper infrastructure not being available they are cancelling my request and I must look at a wireless option. I called into the callcentre and was told that because of the copper lines getting in the erea they cannot provide me with a ADSL line and they have no idea when they will be adding more copper.

So now I am in a position that I cannot transfer my 4 mg line and the wireless option is nowhere near enough and will cost me a fortune when I go over the 10gigs they can provide.

I just find it unacceptable that they are not looking at increasing their infrastructure and adding on more customers, do they have enough business?

Are there any other service providers out there that want my buisness and can supply me with a 4mg uncapped line? I will gladly move across if available.
