Failure to deliver quality service

On 17 July 2013 at 12h59 spoke to Thembisa and processed a request to transfer telephone and ADSL line.

The service was promised to be fulfilled on 6 August 2013 and the move, everything was planned around this date from Telkom.

To this date 20 August 2013 the transfer has not been done.

There is already a line installed on the new premises but the excuses from Telkom keep on coming as to why they cant transfer even if its the telephone line for now.

The latest excuse is now they have a planned date to transfer being the 16 September 2013 - 2 MONTHS after the first request?!?
This date is not even a committed date so it will most probably be a longer wait.
The reason they say is because of a project that Telkom is going through which could run anything from 6 months to 1 year long to open ports for the area...?

This Telkom service used is in aid of a business and receiving an income, which Telkom has restricted!

Quality of service and commitment to Telkom is in serious jeopardy!!
