Paying for CLI service on a data only contract?

After holding on the contact centre telephone for almost 30 minutes to get someone to remove the CLI service from my bill, i again have been charged for the service this month.

This is a data only contract! why the would anyone want and pay for Caller Line Identity on a data only line?

8ta, remove CLI from my bill and credit me with the last 2 months i have been charged for it.
