Autopage offered me an upgrade from a Blackberry to an iPhone at the beginning of the year which I accepted.
I moved to a completely different package.
I noticed today that they have been charging me for the Blackberry Internet Service.
The call centre says refuses to pass credit and also refuses that I talk to their credit control department (apparently they do not know how to use a phone).
If INSIST on being given credit for the charges. Otherwise I cancel the debit order and Autopage can deal with my legal representatives.
Looking at the other complaints on here, one wonders if this practice is not done on purpose. This may warrant involving the company's auditors and even the SAPS as is illegal.
