I am trying to cancel my contract with Telkom Mobile, have completed the form downloadable from your website, yet the email address contained within does not exist, is this some form of ply to increase the complication around canceling, if so its a really dodgy means of trying to keep clients, in all likelihood it will simply motivate them even more to leave and to never return.
WHile I am at it, can someone also explain why CLI is charged to a data line, its a data contract, who the hek makes and recieved calls on a data line, should that not be something a client explicitly requests? You may go ahead and remove that from my account and credit my account with the 2 invoices worth.
