Charged for data after adsl line cancelled

Telkom could not fix my adsl line for two months. No connection could be established. After two of paying for a service that does not work. I cancelled the adsl line and internet data. Today I found out I have not been refunded. Thanks for taking my money. Now im being charged for data when the adsl line is not in service. When will telkom get a clue and sort out their processes. Never is my guess.
