Poor service, cancellation and still being billed?

Doesn't cancelling an account mean anything to these people??

I have cancelled my account with 8ta / Telkom Mobile in May this year for receiving POOR SERVICE (I was being billed for a product that was not working and they could not get the product to work either), and to my surprise I still receive an invoice and debit from 8ta / Telkom mobile each month to date for a product I have never made use of and no longer even have in my possession.

I have taken the matter up with the branch and the call centre on numerous occasions each one promising that this was an honest mistake and it won't happen again or the agent claims not to understand how it happened. Clearly it show you that there is NO service delivery standards or respect for the customer. This then leads to me having to phone them to arrange for a credit (for which I have to wait 7 days to be cleared) as my account clearly indicates the cancellation.

Pardon me but things like this can only happen with user input. I am tired of phoning each month asking them to do their job, they either have to sort the matter or I will have no other option but to refer the matter for further action.
