8ta / Telkom Mobile
Has my account been cancelled?

I sent my cancellation forms in to 8ta last month and every time I query what has happened with it they tell me that Cancellations will contact me. The account was to be cancelled by the 1st of December and I would like to know if it has been done, it has been 24 months since opening the account and due to the really bad service I have received, or should I say the service I didn't receive I no longer want anything to do with Telkom Mobile/8ta.

I would like any correspondence to happen through email please so that I have a record of who said what as I have often gotten empty promises from nameless voices over the phone and I am tired of being to and led on by 8ta.
