I have taken out a mobile contract with 8ta - asking the consultant whether there was any coverage on Kriel, Mpumalanga, he assured me that there was coverage. When I wanted to use my internet there was no coverage. I cancelled the contract within 7 days (the consultant again assured me I can cancel within 7 days without any charges). At the end of November I was billed and a debit order taken from my account and again I received a mail for the next month billing. I am not available during the day to phone telkom, and asked my wife to sort out this matter, which they refuse to help my wife on the phone. Can telkom please sort out this matter as I will not pay for a service I am not receiving
