I WENT TO UPGRAGE AT MTN AND ASK FOR AN INSURANCE ON MY NOKIA LUMINIA 920.I SIGN THE DOCS AND THE LADY SAID SHE WILL SEND THE DODC THREW FOR ACTIVATION.MYPHONE GOT AND I WENT TO MNT FOR A CLAIM TO FIND OUT THEY DID NOTHING WITH THE DOCS MY OLD PHONE THE NOKIA E72 WAS STILL ON THE INSURANCE.The lady said I must claim for the E72 and then she will change the insurance to the Nokia Lumia 920 and then I can claim later. At the end I am without a cellphone and I am paying I contract. On 30/5 2013 I did a sim swop at the same branch. On the 31/5 2013 at 14.00 my phone is still not on and when my husband went to the branch they could not find my documentation as I was the last customer on the 30/5/2013.I think this branch is the branch with the worch customer service I have ever seen and I am a custemer for many years but this is my last contract.
