I sent my Samsung S3 in for repairs as the camera was giving an error and therefore not working. Took it to Vosahop in Brooklyn. It has now come back 2 times from the repairs centre in Potch - " no fault found". The manager of the Vodashop took photos and wrote a letter and the phone has gone in for the 3rd time.
This has gone on for about a month.
The service from Vodacom Brookyn has been ok, but the repairs centre should really wake up.
I still have no feedback on when the phone will be back, I have to phone every other day to get an update.
Pathetic.
