MISREPRESENTATION & OVER CHARGING

Firstly we upgraded our Cell C contracts in July 2013. My number is on a straight up 800 and they advertised Hot deals on their website... a Samsung Galaxy S4 plus a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for R685. per month for 24 months. I chose that deal as I am already on a straight up 800 and paying already much more than R685. We received a bill on 1 August not ONLY did they charge us for the Tab separately a R422 (over and above the R1016.00 which we already paying for the straight up 800). They charged me for a internet download made at 00.15 (while I was sleeping) - R772.47 and another download for R502.87. Now you tell me, how in heavens name do they make that calculation? How many gigs will amount to that amount and which application on my phone uses that amount of data??? They have already debited the account, already take our money now it will be a fight of note. I will definitely take this to the consumer court - I want this sorted out!!! Funny, everyone I speak to complains about Cell C''s billing and account system!
