OVERCHARGE STILL NOT COMPLETE

I complained about Auto page on the 18 June and got no response then again 25 July. HQ called a few days later and said they will refund the difference that was overcharged. When the next bill arrived they deducted R98 which i am grateful for. But they still owe me R214.94.
April Bill - R642.23 Overcharge R151.74
June Bill - R651.72 Overcharged R161.23
July Bill - R392.49 Discount of R98.00
August Bill is correct @ R490.49 (should be this amount every month)
AMOUNT STILL DUE TO ME R214.94
WAITING!!!
