CHARGING ME WITH OUT AUTHORIZATION AND BILLING

I have been with autopage since last year june/july, i have had endless trouble with them, im honestly so sick of them!!! they have started this new thing where they charge you for some life style package, my music, phone box, the last time they charged me i phoned auto page and i told them that i did not give them authorization to bill me for this i dont even know what it is all about!!! so they took it off, the month after that they took it off and this month again i check my account and they billing me again even when i emailed them and threatened to sue for just billing things to my account!!! also my brother has a contract with auto page he has not used his sim card nor has he got the pin and yet his bill comes up to 339 - are they just guessing when it comes to the billing also i saw they added that my music, life style package and phone box onto his account aswell!!! im so sick and tired not once since i have had a account with autopage have i been a happy customer!!! i am actually wanting to take further action with auto page because it is a never ending struggle with them!!!
