Poor service. high celphone bil

Since i took out my contract at nashua mobile WELKOM i received a shoking high bil, that was not part of my contract. Up to now nobody can expllain what the reason was for the high account. Every time i make a inquiry the person supply me with a diverent excuse. This month my account is R2000 but my contract ix for R 380 Nd i did not use the phone. One excuse is that the phone does outomatic updates and you just have to pay for it.
