I was overcharged when I renewed my Cell C contract from a R299 5gig package to R189 (5gig-15 gig after 12pm) package. They eventually came down from R1800 to R402 by saying that they gave the incorrect discount. Blanche informed me that it is for preloaded data and part of my August bill and that is why my bill is R402. I do not agree with that but will pay the R402. Furthermore, I informed Cell C in advance about this R1800 and they just went ahead and deducted the R1800 from my account. I reversed this at the bank as I do not have R1800 lying around and now they want to charge me R70 for the debit order that did not go through. My October bill is now once again R623 and I DID NOT USE ANY EXTRA DATA!!! So can Cell C please let me know why I am overcharged once again.
Please look at this as soon as possible as I can rather install a Telkom land line at these ridiculous rates?
