I will show you i cant help you

Went into Nashua Mobile on 7 August a gentleman was busy talking to a colleague with his back turned to me, he had a phone in his hand and I presume the 2 was discussing the specific phone.
I explain that I want to transfer my account from Autopage to Nashua, his back was still turn to me and he was still facing his colleague with the phone in his hand.
He just told me rudely that I have to go to Autopage I then said to him I don't think you want to help me, because you are still facing your colleague and still with the phone in your hand. He threw down the phone and only then turned to me and said "I will show you I can't help you "
He then got started and said the account is "approve in principal" and I need to get him bank statements and a salary slip. I went into his office to check the progress he then requested the sim card nr. He asked me to do ' sim swop as my nr was to short. I approcach Autopage and they was amazed telling me there is a way he can work around it. I approach the manager of Look and Listen the specific day as Tyson was not available only then there was contact from his side. On the end he showed me "he can't help me as he promised that day.
