In April I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note from Nashua. Autopage had a cheaper contract, but since Nashua advertised to match the price, I decided to buy from Nashua. Johan promised me to match the price (even took a copy from the Autopage special), but never did. I have been paying R50 extra each month. I complained to Johan three times. He never called me back and ignored my calls. I even phoned head office and they said only Johan can fix this and that he said he will get back to me (which he never did). I want a refund of R150 and my account to be reduced and price matching to be done as promised.
I am very unhappy with Nashua and very unhappy with Johan. I even said to him I am going to complain over Hello Peter, but even this doesn't give him enough reason to phone me back and sort out my refund and account reduction.
