I upgraded my contract nov 2012 and within the month i noticed issue with my new blackbery which i have reported to the sales person who assisted the call centre and log a complaint on the website, to date no one has responded from nashua nor taken any accountability for the faulty phone. I have been calling up and doen emailing like a crazy person since november and decied after being told that i need to pay them to fectch the phone and was i not told to bring the phone back in 7 days said quite rudely after explaining ive been trying to short this out since i got the phone. I now have to keep a phone that gets so hot that i cant hold it in my hand because nashua wont accept responsibilty that its a fault on their side.
