Dear readers,
I'm running a business and I have my MTN contract number on my website and I have also distributed the number on my business cards.
My problem is that my phone is on voice mail 90% of the time. The funny thing is that my phone is actually on.
I cannot run a business with this contract and I feel MTN needs to cancel this contract because the service I receive is not what I was promised when I took out the contract.
Please advise
