Cancellation of my contract

I have been trying now for more than two months to cancel l my 8ta mobile contract due to the poorest service and reception I have ever experienced in my entire life!! They have now gone and just cancelled my cell phone number deleting it from the network after their instructions was very clear to put me on prepaid from where i would migrate back to vodacom. My cell phone was just completely stopped and nobody can phone me or get a hold of me at all. I only have this number for my business and all my clients can only use this number which is a total disaster. They are going to think that my business has closed down and when i phoned the call centre they told me it will take 14 days to maybe rectify the problem which is completely unaceptable seeing that this will mean the end of my business how can you just go and completely delete and stop a persons cell phone number. I am totally disgraced and can not believe that these people can still advertise and do business.
