Loosing Business because of Vodacom

A while ago I helped my daughter to get a contract. She was hospitalized for 3 months and did not work for over 1 year. In hospital her phone was. I when to report at Vodacom and changed her number. She never used the contract because we could not get a sim card if the account is not up to date so somebody else gave her a phone with a pays you go. I then asked them numerous times to please mi-grade her contract because she is a single mother with 2 kids and no support from Father and not working. She cant pay the account that she is not even using for the amount of R1127.50pm, please mi-grade her contract.
Every time all they say is your account is in arrears so we cant. The account now accumulated to over R8000 after I asked for help.
Every time they soft lock of lock my phone because of my daughters arrears, I loose business and my clients cant get hold of me. I do function coordinating and Network Business, I cant afford to not have my phone to work from and to receive calls.
Vodacom now want to cancel my number and hand me over because of them that dont want to mi-grade. I know they can override there system but they never helped. Every time I get to a dead end.
