I phoned to cancel my contract as my son went overseas and the contract expired. They told me if I still want the number I should phone after the contract ended to move it to pay as you go. They never once mentioned that I'm still going to pay my contract fee for a specific amount of minutes etc. I never phoned to keep the number and yet they still debit my account every month, for Dec & Jan. I keep on phoning, but holding on for 30 min - an hour??? I've even send an e-mail to customer services, still no response! Now I'm on the phone and now they tell me that I had to phone again, now they transferred me to someone else, still waiting... 40minutes! Worst service I've ever received and I will never do business with them again!
