I am absolutely shocked and disgusted at the level of competence of the admin department and some members of the call centre. I have had to call the callcentre 6 times to change my banking details. I have emailed them through twice and still nothing has been done to ensure that the debit order has been set up and that my account is paid timeously. I was sitting with an arrears account of R8500 that I had to make arrangements to pay off over only 2 months, which is the company's maximum number of months, after THEY are the reason for it not being paid in the first place! I received no notice that my account had not been paid, my line was just cut. I had to call THEM, I cannot tell you how many times, to find out if my debit order will still be coming off when I notice it hadnt come off my account. AND because my line was cut I could not receive my FNB OTP's to make a payment to try and reinstate my lines. I had to waste MORE of my valuable time to go into an FNB branch to make a payment and NONE of this is my fault! Then 3 weeks later i find my lines suspended once again because the incorrect amount that i had to pay was given to me. Im tired of phoning this company with no results
