I recently got a new IPhone with with MTN, as i was taking out the contract they asked me if i would like insurance i wasn't sure at the time so the staff member reassured me that i have a week to decide if i wanted to take out the insurance, in that same week i took out the insurance, about 2 weeks later my phone was whilst i was at school i then took all the necessary information and presented it to MTN, after I waiting for about 3 weeks for them to get back to me, my claim came back declined because according to them we took out the insurance to late! This is a problem to me since I've been paying for the insurance since the first month, and only now have they taken the insurance fee off of my bill!
