Unfortunately I have to deal with Finrite Insurance once again.
The first debacle started with my 1st insurance claim on 08/06/2013. I only got my phone on 18/07/2013 after many a phone call, email and eventually contact with a manager. I was given the run around day in and day out about what phone was an option on my insurance bracket and then I was repeatedly told that they had NO idea when stock of the handset I wanted would arrive? How can a company be run like this?
It was only after I physically went to an Altech Autopage store that I found a phone that they had stock of that I could take.
I have received the THE worst service from these agents - They have little or NO information regarding their stock and frankly it is beyond me that a company is able to run waiting for a lucky packet of stock to arrive each month. It is ridiculous!
Sadly I was a victim of a hold up and the phone that I had for one whole week was - I now have to go through this whole thing AGAIN!!!
And surprise surprise, Aswad informed me today that they don't know when they will get stock of the handset that I am claiming for.
