Fed up with Neotel!!!

I ordered a Neotel phone late last year and was promised the phone would be delivered in a set amount of days. The phone never arrived and I decided to call Neotel to find out what was going on. My application hadn't't been sent out and it was now going to take even longer for the phone to arrive so I cancelled the application all together.

In January this year i received a bill for R407 from Neotel even though i never even received a phone. I contacted the call centre several times to ensure the cancellation has gone through and was told that the cancellation had been processed.
On the 1st of Feb the amount was debited off my bank account. I called and emailed them again and was told that i have to go to the bank and have the transaction reversed.
Since i have reversed the transaction, i have been receiving phone calls, sms's and emails from their accounts department EVERY DAY!!! My account is still not cancelled and i have no idea what to do anymore?

Nobody there seems to have processed the cancellation and i don't know how many more times i must phone, email and go to the bank to have transactions reversed? Soon they will have me blacklisted.

Absolutely fed up!!!
