I am upset. I have had this contract now for almost two months. No one is deducting money from me.
When i phoned last week and on speaking to Amanda on the customer care nr, she was telling me that she cant retrieve my details. Why i asked? She couldnt tell. Apparently one of the security answers i couldnt answer. Probably my Vodacom account nr? I dont have one as i dont even receive mail from you.
I am begging you, pls deduct my money for the Samsung S4. I have an excellent credit record and don't want this negligence on your side, jeopardize my name.
I also bought the 100MB bundle last week the 28th, but still receive sms's from Vodacom that i am out of data...
Please sort this out asap.
