A joke of a service provide

I am still waiting on some kind of assurance on the money that has basically been out my account by this so called company. I have only received a call from an "Elan" stating that they are starting to look into it. It's not freaking rocket science, look at my account - that I have paid perfectly every month for the last good few years - and see that you have charged me for nothing???

You keep telling me it takes up to 7-14 working days for an "Investigation", how can this be??? Get your accounts department to look this up and you'll see that you have charged me for nothing!!! I am disgusted with this company and I want my money back in my account ASAP!

I am on a 350 TOPUP package and my bill is normally around R350? and this month it is R1788.01 with an "Invoice 11785879" of an unknown additional cost of R1240.80??? I have contacted Najma THREE times with no response at all! Because of you I am now struggling to even feed myself this month! This is disgusting and an embarrassment to this country.
