To start with. I am furious. I signed for a contract with autopage and I was told I will be paying R320 per month on vodacom. All was well until I received my October bill for my September Data usage. My bundled data included in my contract is 2GB per month. For September I used 3.2GB so I needed to be charged for an extra 1.2GB. My bill came to R1600 for that specific month and no one at the call center or the store can explain this to me. For every 11 sec's I was on the net they charged me R4.29 as I've noticed on my statement. How the is this possible. What type of service are you guys running? The consultant then told me some cellspice company added charges to my bill. THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. I signed up with Autopage and not whatever other company you guys are saying it is so sort me out please. I want someone to look into my account bill and get back to me please if possible or else I am going to have to take matters into my own hands.
