Mtn bill my R2p/mega byte once my data bundle is finished which cost 9c p/m, this is since i recently renewed my contract that i have over 5 years now.
They can just notify one that additional cost will now be deducted, but nothing from 9c - R2 p/mb just like that.
My account for the past few years has been around R1500 a month now on the festive season its R5025 .
This is not except able!!
Our company has over R50 000 worth of contracts every month with MTN, now every single account must be gone through with a hawks eye every month this is just wrong.
The say they can only give feed back on my dispute within 48 working days???
So that i have to pay another 2 months of R5000 bills
If this carry on I'm changing!
