I received a bill to the value of R12560.26 for the month of September on an account that has a LIMIT. I called the customer care line for an explanation and all I got was a vague answer telling me is GPRS. I logged query online and got a notification that the IT department will investigate the matter at hand. Now I keep getting calls from their Call Centre telling me that I need to settle my account but when I call in I'm told that the IT department is still busy with the investigation they will call me and let me know of the findings such things take time. My line has been SUSPENDED since then. This afternoon I received an email of a bill to the value of R1240.13 for the month of October. What kind of fy is that? Now I'm being billed on a line that is not used? It's clear that Autopage is in business of ripping off their customers.
