I've phoned Cell C customer Services on 13 August complaining that my bill is to high and that I was subscribed to Integrat content services without me knowing about it.

The consultant said that they will unsubscribe me to all those services and phone me back. After cell c didn't phone me back I called Integrat myself and unsubscribed. Integrat send me a sms on 13 Augsust saying that they have unsubscribed me. I only got an sms from cell c on 19 August with reference number 4965588 saying they unsubscribed me.

My problem is that at the end of August my cellphone billl was still extremely high! Am I still subcribed to these content services for I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANY CONTENT SERVICES SINCE I GOT MY PHONE IN MAY.

Please look into this. It's against the law to pay for services I did not subscribe to!!!
