I have received my Bill from Cell for November but was shocked to see my Bill being so High as I hardly make calls or use my personal phone. My contract is for R279 but usually comes back totalling to R320 with whatever
"hidden" charges which I dont really mind. But this time, my Bill came to R734.27 which I looked more in depth as to the cause and noticed I am being billed for Content services. I called Cell C's Call center Billing department twice. 1st time, the operator assisted me by cancelling the 2 services SMART and MIRA services and I requested the details of these providers to investigate further. Further research and reference to the AJAX case on Money web has made me realised that CellC are and train their staff to pass the blame to content services but Cell C as a provider has an agreement with these Content services to extract more money from there customers and then play negligent to such issues. Similar articles have been removed or covered up and I know many people are facing this issue.
