I did not sign up for anything on my 3G and I was just billed without subscribing, nor did I receive any notification that my 3G modem is billed. I also don't know what it is that I am paying for.
There is a serious problem at Cell C regarding WASP services since all 3 my contracts with them was subscribed to a different WASP. The question is why, and why is a 3G modem billed by a WASP and why is this allowed by Cell C.
Upon phoning Cell C I was again informed that it must be something that I was subscribing to from my side.
I was told that the 3G modem go to the internet and that it can also be subscribed to content services I just wander how I can play a game on a MF190 modem or how to load a ringtone on it.
I was informed that they don't have any control over this and that I must communicate with the company that bill me, but the bottom line is Cell C is the one that is allowing my account with them to be billed by a 3rd party and that was never agreed to.
Cell C have provided me with the phone number of Integrat 27 84 196 6960 or 084 196 6960 but it is not working.
Cell C has a new motto (Believe Again with Cell C?).
I don't believe a word of this new motto.
