I am absolutely appalled!!!
For the second month IN A ROW, I am being billed for content services which I DID NOT subscribe to!
My monthly payment to cell c is R399. Last month I received a bill of R899. A total of R400 for content services I am not aware of and have not used.
Once again, I receive a bill, same thing!!!
After having unsubscribed from these wasps last month.
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING???
When I know without a shadow of doubt that I have not signed up for anything.
Why is cell c doing NOTHING to protect their customers from this??
I am too afraid to use my mobile, why should I be???
Absolutely sickened by this.
All the customer service consultant does is give the numbers to these WASPS, and you're on your own. When one calls them, they give attitude (Intergrid) and Mira networks do not even have a customer support.
My wife who is on vodacom network has never experienced this.
I am really at my wits end, and will honestly run as far from this network as I can the minute I can do so.
