Hi Please can you assist,

I have logged a billing query with MTN where I have been invoiced for content charges, for a period of aug, sept, oct. none of these services were subscribed for, and as i am writing this email i have just been unsubscribed from these WASPA services that i have been billed for. the ref no's concerned are 105389313;105390933 the consultant relating to the 2nd ref: thobekile, promised to put me in touch with the supervisor, Brenda after 10min of holding MTN dropped the call. I would like to have MTN reverse these charges as they were implemented without consent, yet they are able to remove the WASP services without client knowledge, when they pick up that it is forced on the cell line as per Ubaid (ref 105389313)
