Referring to my previous complaint of not keeping to a payment arrangement, which was "resolved" by Cell C in means of a manager blaming the customer and refusing a refund. I was accused that I submitted a payment arrangement to them late (13 days) so they debited my account for what many individuals cannot afford and cause ruin. The joke is it took over a month for them to send the documentation, and once emailed to them took a week to reply via email followed up with a call later in the day telling me "Sorry but the money was already debited and we cannot refund you."This after last week I had a manager tell me the same thing. Was this to rub salt in the wound and cause further disgust? Cell C doesnt care about you as a customer, its all about "their" money. Anyone know an ombudsman I can approach? Or should I go to the National Credit Regulator?
I will never refer anyone to Cell C on a contract basis again. Cant wait to end my contracts and not renew.
Be sure to check your billing thoroughly as even that isnt done correctly. This whole scenario stemmed from being overcharged for data I never used. Who uses 1.76Gb (R3005.66) data at 02h53 when most people sleep? Disgusting!
